Books On Tap

Temporarily meeting online via Zoom.

Books. Bites. Brews. What a great combination! We’ve partnered with O’Reilly’s Cure in Scarborough to offer a book group—Books on Tap—moderated by Tom Corbett, our Systems Librarian (and beer enthusiast). Due to high demand, we're now offering two time options, with an ealier option when the restaraunt is quieter at 4:00. Here’s how it works: Arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 for the early session or between 5:00 and 5:30 pm for the second session; settle into the lounge area; purchase bites and beverages from O’Reilly’s menu; and then share good conversation about the book selected for the month starting at 4:00 or 5:30 pm. Both discussions last about an hour.
