Minecraft @ The Library

With the help of our teen development team, the library has built its own dedicated Minecraft server!  Come and explore these Minecraft worlds during April while we are all locked-in due to COVID-19. The site will be monitored for safe and respectful play by our teen developers between 3:00 and 5:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays -- after homework is finished. We'll also continue our Miner Day on the last Sunday of the month as described below. The site will remain open at other times, but there may not be any supervision.

"Drop in" and build your creative thinking and problem solving skills.
Beginners: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
All Levels:  2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Remote access requires an official "Mojang" account for the Java-based version of Minecraft. Learn more here. When the library reopens we'll be able to provide you with one while at the library -- either on the Miner Days or everyday at our Mac computers in the Youth Services Area.  Note: Parents must remain in the Library if child is under 10 yrs. old.
